I had a very poor experience with this accounting service. Appointments are not respected — they are frequently late, sometimes forget scheduled times altogether, and often fail to send meeting links on time. Communication is extremely unreliable; calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and it can take a long time to reach anyone. Even when they do respond, the service feels rushed and disorganized, with little regard for clients’ time or concerns.More concerning is the quality of work. Tax filings are often completed very quickly without proper explanation, leading to mistakes, missing documents, and incorrect submissions. Several cases resulted in CRA reassessments, leaving clients owing significant amounts. Attempts to resolve these issues are difficult due to poor follow-up and lack of accountability. Overall, the service feels unprofessional, careless, and unreliable. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious before choosing this place.
